No. Only the person who is controlling needs an account for paid features. The other side just installs the app and clicks Accept.
No. Every session needs you to click Accept on your screen, and you can disconnect at any moment. Never accept a request from someone you don't know, especially anyone claiming to be from a bank or a government office.
Your screen and keystrokes are encrypted and sent directly between the two computers. Our server only helps the two PCs find each other; it doesn't record your screen.
Yes. Create an account in the app and you get the full Solo plan free for 30 days: unlimited session time and password access. No payment details needed. After 30 days you move to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
Yes, on your own PCs. Open Unattended access in the app on that PC, set a password and turn it on. Then connect with the ID and the password. Password access needs Solo, Team or the free trial on the controlling side.
In the app, click Upgrade, pick a plan and scan the UPI QR code with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. Then enter the UTR number from your payment. We check it and switch on your plan, usually within a few hours.
Right now Dhatas Remote is for Windows 10 and 11. Android is planned next.
