Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Dhatas Remote app, website and service ("the service"), provided by Dhatas. By installing or using the service you agree to them.

Using the service

You may use Dhatas Remote to access computers that you own or that you have clear permission to access. You must not use it to access any computer without the owner's consent, to commit fraud, to impersonate banks, companies or government bodies, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts or devices that are reported or found to be misused, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Give accurate details when you sign up.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees for one month or one year, paid in advance by UPI. A plan is activated after we confirm your payment. Plans do not renew automatically; you renew by paying again before the end date. If a plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Prices may change for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If the service does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review a refund. Payments made by mistake or charged twice are refunded in full.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but connections depend on the internet and on both computers, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Free plan limits may change.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Dhatas is not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by people you allow to connect to your computer. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
