Free remote support software for technicians

Trust and transparency for your customers

How to start a support session

1. Send your customer the download linkShare fastremotedesktopapplication.dhatas.com. The download starts from the Download button.
2. Get their IDThey open Dhatas Remote and read you the 9-digit ID.
3. ConnectEnter the ID and click Connect. They click Accept and you see their screen.
